Came to US from Soviet Union in 1988. Started working as Real Estate agent since 1992. As Real Estate agent I am always performing full service starting from educating the clients, optimizing the Buy/Sell strategies, assistance in financing, remodeling,construction. I have 95% repeat client base and acquiring new clients mostly by referrals. While working with Buyers my main goal is to educate them in the Real Estate field and make them comfortable in the specifics of Bay Area Real Estate market so they could make an educated decision in choosing proper property for them as well as to be able to determine proper pricing for a given property.
