Bill first obtained his Real Estate license in April of 1980. He sold his first home in August that same year. Since then he has seen many changes in the Real Estate Industry. The population has increased as well as pricing which compels Bill to learn and change with the current market conditions, inventory, interest rates and market desirability. Bill has sold vineyards, ranches and residential homes. He has closed several transactions with the Sonoma County Open Space District in order to preserve rural properties in our county for future generations to enjoy. Bill has invested in Real Estate and feels confident Real Estate is a safe haven for investing. In addition to basic real estate transactions, over the years he has purchased many homes at auctions.
