I began my investment career in 1976, a year before I got my license and in 1977 began a real estate career in Long Beach, CA that has taken me into every corner of the business. I have listed, leased, and sold hundreds of homes, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. In 1990 I obtained my general contractors license and built and sold several buildings, kept a few of them, subdivided condos and have consulted on many tremendous investment projects from long term NNN leases to apartment buildings to land and marinas. In 2001 I bought an interest in a Berkshire Hathaway (formerly Prudential) office in Long Beach, CA. and for 20 years hired, trained and managed hundreds of agents. I sold that office and now focus strictly on my clients' success.
