I am a hands-on real estate agent with Exclusive Realty, Inc., bringing over 35 years of experience in residential real estate throughout Southern California. I am reliable, committed, and known for a proven history of empowering first-time homebuyers, and supporting my clients with all their Real estate needs. I am also the Founder of The WIN Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving communities by providing safe, decent, and affordable housing. Through this work, I have helped build and rehabilitate homes across Southern California while advocating for housing stability and opportunity for low- to moderate-income families and seniors. I began my real estate career in 1986 and have worked across all areas of residential real estate, including buying, selling, development, and client representation. My passion for real estate led me into leadership roles early in my career. As a hands-on agent, I work closely with my clients, emphasizing strong leadership, open communication, and advocacy. I am frequently commended for my strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and client-focused approach. I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, allowing me to better serve seniors and their families through complex housing transitions. Educationally, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, with a focus in Criminal Justice.
