ZACK WIDDES REALTOR· · I was a General Contractor for over 20 years in the greater Los Angeles area and Thousand Oaks, Ca. We did a wide variety of projects from residential and commercial remodels, custom homes, new commercial centers, apartment buildings, a custom 4-unit condominium project and homes on the beach in Malibu and developed and built a 184-unit Condominium project in Thousand Oaks, California. Part of our development portfolio included a parcel in LA County now known as Santa Clarita. Due to a moratorium on building in that area, we sold the property, and bought other parcels, buildings and the buildings and assets of a Furniture Manufacturing Company. Furniture Manufacturing brought me to San Diego, where we manufactured wholesale Wall Units and Entertainment Centers. I have retained my B-1 General Contractors license, Zachary Widdes Construction also known as ZW Construction. In 2007 I obtained my Real Estate License, joined a local Brokerage and the local Realtor association. Working with Buyers is very satisfying; helping people find their dream home, exploring the possibilities of what can be done to make it truly theirs! Working with Sellers, I assist them in getting their home ready to shine, to realize the best outcome for them. Listening is the most important job I have: what are my clients wishing to achieve, and then steer them in the right direction. Keller Williams La Mesa is the Brokerage that my license is placed with. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors. As a contractor, I bring y expertise of construction knowledge to my clients: what can and can't be done to a home, what is good and what is wrong with the home. Specialties: I offer the ability to get a home ready to sell, or fix it up after the purchase.
