I have been in the real estate industry since 2015. After the purchase of my own home, I realized I wanted to do things in a different way. I wanted to be able to provide the service and knowledge I myself didn’t receive when I purchased my own home. With that being said, I decided to get my license and provide clients with the service I wish I would have obtained. Unhappy with the industry and the lack of knowledge and guidance, I decided to get involved and the main reason why I got licensed. Initially, I planned on doing it part time but slowly realized this was my calling. With the philosophy of always putting clients first, I excelled in my first year and have never looked back. I have always put my clients pockets and money first before my own. My business is strictly all refferal based showing I’m doing something right. I’ve always strived for the satisfaction of my clients and their happiness is my first priority. I always try to find the best option for my clients and purposely choose to not take the easy route but rather find those options that puts my clients in a great spot. You ask why I do it? Why am I a lender and a realtor? The answer is very simple…being able to guide my clients through the entire process and see the happy look in their eyes is truly the reason why. After the horrific process of obtaining a loan when I purchased my home over 7 years ago, I knew there had to be an easier more upfront and transparent way. There had to be a way, where transparency is key and people did what they said they were going to do. Where things wouldn’t change last minute right before closing, and figures always remained the same. I search and search and found nothing, so I decided to become that glimmer of hope for clients. To be able provide them with the transparency and honestly they deserved. Where their questions get answered honestly and where their satisfaction is above my own self interest.
