About Alexis

Can't believe I spend everyday doing something I absolutely love. Negotiating the best deal for my clients is my strength. I am a turn-key, full time Realtor with great lender choices, insurance brokers with the lowest rates, home warranty companies and the best inspectors in the area. I am certified to handle HUD Pinellas/Pasco Opportunity Program homes, Tampa Bay CDC down payment assistance program and the Florida Bond down payment program. If you are local I would love to show you properties for your first home or your forever home. If you are relocating or looking for a vacation property I can send you a walk thru video tape of any property so you can get a better feel of what the home looks like. I look forward to working together!
