Alicia Golotko is a true Lakeland native and your trusted local expert in real estate. A proud graduate of Kathleen High School, Alicia has deep roots in the area—her three older daughters graduated from George Jenkins High School, while her youngest son currently attends Lakeland Christian School. These days, Alicia cheers on her son as he plays football, basketball, and lacrosse, and takes part in the school’s fishing club. Family is at the heart of everything Alicia does—she loves spending time with her grown kids and seven grandkids, and has been happily married to Jim (a local loan officer) for 16 years. Together, they love spending quality time together around Lakeland and beyond. Alicia is also a devoted dog lover to three adored “fur kids,” who are absolutely part of the family. Alicia’s decades of local experience have helped clients with everything from first-time home buying to downsizing, upsizing, and every move in between. She holds degrees from Polk State College and USF, and spent years as an elementary school teacher before returning to real estate full-time in 2012.
