About AMANDA J THORPE

I have worked in residential real estate sales since 2004. After graduating from the University of North Florida in 2002, I went on to attend Florida State University where I earned a Master in Business Administration in Real Estate Finance. I began my real estate career at ERA Davis & Linn and am proud to continue to be a part of such a respected and accomplished office. As the Director of Sales Training, I work to train and support the growth and development of the agents throughout our offices in Northeast Florida and Southern Georgia. Over the years, I have closed tens of millions of dollars in real estate sales. I have worked with buyers and sellers, first time homebuyers as well as those choosing to downsize, those relocating with the military or corporations, investors and more. I am always working to distinguish myself in the marketplace and recently obtained my broker license. I have also earned a host of other designations over the course of my career. I am well versed in all areas of real estate including financing, title, and insurance. I am always working to grow my business and am continuously working to leverage market trends and strategies to remain at the forefront of the real estate industry. I am married to my husband, Rusty, and have two young sons. I am actively involved volunteering my time at my children's school and with their youth sports. You can find my family and I cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp and enjoying time at the beach or hiking and biking at Jacksonville's many parks.
