There’s no greater pleasure of mine, than to serve you as your Realtor, friend, and neighbor, here in Southwest Orlando. For over 38 years, I have been committed to providing the best results in helping individuals sell their homes and/or find the home they are looking for in the area. As a professional and experienced Realtor, I analyze and determine home values in the Southwest Orlando market and negotiate to sell ones home at the best price possible. I pledge to be honest and prudent. I aggressively market homes both locally and nationally. I negotiate contracts and review potential problems and/or weakness to the best of my ability. I guide clients through the mortgage process. I do my best to provide both the seller and buyer with details concerning the closing. I also maintain the highest standards of excellence and professionalism at all times. Unlike the average Realtor, I do not strive to attain the most listings possible. I limit the number of properties at a time and concentrate on them with extensive marketing. When a home is in my hands, the seller is not in the dark. I do my best to keep them updated with the advertising I have done on their property and showing results. Charitable Organizations: Since 1998 I have financially supported many people afflicted with leprosy. During this time, my family and I personally traveled to India and visited some of the people that suffer from this debilitating sickness. I was fortunate enough to share this experience with my family --- including my children and it was a life changing experience for us all. Through RE/MAX, a portion of my commission from each closing is given to various charitable organizations I support.
