About Arial

Mentored by a Luxury Listing Specialist and self-taught social media wiz, Arial is the sailing equestrian with a MBA you’d like solving your real estate conundrums. In this transformative digital world, Arial brings her expert social media marketing skills to real estate to help owners showcase their homes and buyers find the house they’ve been stalking on Instagram dreaming of. Unlike others, Arial won’t drink the sales-koolaid. To Arial, real estate isn’t about transactions, it’s about building relationships. Building a rapport with customers is key to understanding their goals. There’s also the behind-the-scenes team that contributes to the successful sale or purchase of a home. The mortgage lender, the title company, the inspector, the photographer, the appraiser and perhaps the landscaper or painter or handy-man too! With Arial as your Realtor®, you can trust she’s cherry-picked the best support team to see you through the process. When Arial’s off doing mermaid stuff, you stand a good chance of finding her racing sailboats at the Lake Eustis Sailing Club or horsing-around at an Arabian show barn. A major competitor in her youth, Arial hopes there are more national championships in her future. On other days, you may find yourself the recipient of some delicious gallette or over-the-top cookie as Arial loves to cook and bake. Obligatory background facts include: born and raised in Ft Lauderdale. MBA in International Business from St Mary’s University (London, UK) and her BA in International Business from Rollins College (Winter Park, FL). She’s also a licensed private pilot, a certified scuba diver and has travelled to over 35 countries and pretends to speak Italian. She’s a staunch dog lover that has somehow ended up with a floofy cat named Luna. Claim to fame: 4th grade Science Fair winner.
