About Barbara

My name is Barbara "Lynn" Brittingham and I’m a Realtor in Fleming Island, Florida. My husband and I moved our family to Fleming Island 14 years ago because we fell in love with the area. I am an avid animal lover with a soft spot in my heart for dogs. As a Realtor and former Property Manager, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. Being a married mother with 2 grown children I realize that life gets hectic and I want to earn your respect by working tirelessly on your behalf. My goal as your real estate agent is to provide you, the customer, with the best possible experience and the utmost confidence in my abilities as your realtor. I believe selecting me as your Realtor is a great choice because my clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or concern. I look forward to assisting you with your sale or home purchase needs!
