About Beatrice
I was born and raised in France and following a dream moved to the beautiful island of Saint Martin. In 1995 my family and I relocated to Florida. I have an entrepreneurial spirit that has allowed me the successful operation of many businesses in the United States ranging from Import/Export, Luxury women’s Boutique and a top rated French Café. I have extensive knowledge in immigration and Business Visas for commercial investment properties, or residential second home/relocation. My clientele is not limited to foreign buyers. As my family relocated to Melbourne Beach, Florida, I fully understand the concerns and questions of any buyer to our area. I can guide you through the different areas to help you find your dream home. My top priority is to provide all of my clients unparalleled service and personal assistance with all of their real estate needs. Providing clients with the markets’ most accurate and updated information, my attention to detail, and ability to execute even the most complex transaction set me apart and always exceeds my clients expectations. I have unique experience in working with clients from all over the world and with EXP REALTY world class network of affiliates enables me to oversee transactions anywhere in the world.
