About Bethany

I’m Bethany Mis, a Tampa Bay Realtor and Managing Broker of Noble Star Realty. I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes here since 2015, which means I’ve seen just about every version of this market and have a pretty good idea of how to help my clients navigate it without losing their minds. I’m not a high-pressure salesperson, and I have no interest in becoming one. I’m much more comfortable being the person who explains what’s actually happening, points out the things you may not have thought about, and gives you the information you need to make a smart decision. Sometimes that means telling you to move forward. Sometimes it means telling you not to. Either way, I’m going to be honest with you. My business has been built largely through referrals and repeat clients, and I take that seriously. I communicate, I pay attention, I anticipate problems, and I don’t disappear once a contract is signed. I’m also very involved in the Tampa Bay community. I serve as Treasurer of the Carrollwood Area Women’s Club, founded a local Girls Night Out group, created Books for Hope, and am usually organizing some kind of dinner, event, fundraiser, or excuse to get people together. When I’m not talking about houses, I’m probably kayaking, paddleboarding, at a local brewery, attempting to get better at golf, or convincing someone they should move to Tampa Bay. Basically, if you want a Realtor who knows the area, tells you the truth, keeps you informed, and doesn’t make the process feel more complicated than it needs to be, we’ll probably get along just fine.
