About Bill
Hi. I am a native of the Tampa Bay area(central Florida) and I also know the Orlando area well. I have been a real estate broker for more than 10 years and I am a licensed broker in Florida, Idaho and Tennessee.Yet some people know me from being an on-air radio personality/producer for syndicated shows such as Ron & Ron and the Monsters of the Morning. Additionally, I have a significant IT background; my USF bachelors degree is in information systems. While living in Orlando, I worked as a software engineer in the space shuttle program at the Kennedy Space Center.Over the past few years, in addition to real estate sales, I have done more than 5000 property report evaluations(BPOs) throughout Tampa Bay which has given me unique knowledge and insight about properties and values in nearly every neighborhood in the area.If I can assist you with your real estate needs, please feel free to contact me.
