About Bob Lashenka/The Lashenka

Bob grew up in Miami and often visited Naples with his family. Even at a young age, he realized there was something alluring about the pristine beaches, crystal clear Gulf waters, relaxed lifestyle and the lush tropical landscape. As a young man, he worked on the Minuteman Program at Cape Canaveral. Later, he earned his Master’s Degree in Engineering. He worked at IBM, developing sonar systems for nuclear submarines, in the Washington, D.C. area. After retiring from IBM, he went to work for Northrop Grumman managing a data analysis department on data coming in from the Middle East. He is no stranger to the importance of attention to detail, commitment to excellence, dedication to hard work, and unsurpassed integrity. He has carried these qualities into his real estate dealings. First, in the Washington, D.C. area where he and his wife bought, sold, and managed rental properties for their own gain, then getting his real estate license when he and his wife, Anna, moved to Naples in 2004. Whether Bob is working with sellers, buyers, or rental property owners or leasee's, he is known for his quality of service, market knowledge and professionalism. He has built a career on repeat and referral business.
