About Brad
I have been a licensed realtor for over 16 years, and have held my broker’s license for the past 12 years. I am the current owner and Broker of Epic Equity Group Real Estate Brokerage. I have lived in beautiful SW Florida my whole life and currently live in Cape Coral. I have a beautiful wife and family that I enjoy spending time with immensely, so If you miss me, chances are, I am with them. I specialize in distressed property acquisition, but I have experience in all aspects of residential real estate. From the acquisition of property for the purpose of buy fix sell or rent, to high-end waterfront property, I have represented both buyers and sellers in all areas of the market.
