About Brett

Brett Brown has nearly 30 years of local real estate experience, specializing in residential development sales and rentals. He joined Fiddler’s Creek Realty in 2011 and is responsible for overseeing all sales activities at the private, master-planned luxury residential community located just off Collier Boulevard on the way to Marco Island. The Fiddler’s Creek community comprises about 4,000 acres and zoned for 6,000 residences. Brett was a graduate of the first Leadership Development Class of 2004 and is a multiple year member of the NABOR Honor Society. He was named "Realtor of the Year" for 2011 by the Naples Area Board of Realtors. Brett was awarded the REALTOR® Committee Contribution Award in 2006 and NABBE (Naples Area Board Best Effort) award in 2007. Brett served on the Board of Directors for NABOR in 2007-2008 and then as President in 2009. He has been on most of NABOR’s Committees including Professional Standards, Governmental Issues, Leadership Development, Community Development, Media Relations and RPAC. In addition, he has served as Chair of Professional Development , NABOR Functions and started the Global Business Committee. At Florida Realtors® Brett is the 2012 DVP for District 5 as well as the RPAC Trustee and current vice chair of Resort and Second Home Forum. On the national level, Brett has served as the Chair of Resort and Second Home Committee and is currently the NAR Chair of State and Local Leadership Forum for Global Business along with being in the 2012 NAR Leadership Acadamy. Brett has earned the CIPS, CRB, CRS, ABRM, RSPS, CSP, AHWD, e-PRO, SFR and GRI designations and certifications; educational accomplishments that only a select few have achieved. Brett is a NAR instructor for the Resort and Second Home and the Global Business for Associations Courses.
