About Brett

The first sale I had in Real Estate was to a young family who had two children and one on the way. Their goal was to be in a house before the birth of their daughter. On our initial tour, we looked at five homes with the couple wanting to put an offer on one of the homes. Based on our initial conversation, I knew this decision was based on urgency and not about the house. I talked them out of making an offer, promised we would find the right house and went to work on finding a home that matched all of their criteria. I am proud to say the first house (which they purchased) we visited on our second tour met or exceeded every criteria they wanted in a home. They still reach out to let me know how appreciative they are of me convincing them to wait. This is the approach I have always taken in Real Estate. I will work to learn exactly what you want, layout a strategy for us accomplishing this goal and then put it into action. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, call or email me to schedule a complimentary consultation to learn more on how I can help you.
