I have extensive educational and professional credentials, and I personally have more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate market. Our company is the recognized commercial leader in Marion County, and as the Broker/Owner, I have a vast amount of experience in completing multiple types of transactions including sales, leases, 1031 exchanges, and property management. I have achieved successful completion of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute’s (CCIM) curriculum with designation received in June 1998. The CCIM designation is earned upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and from a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world. In addition to my CCIM designation, I am also certified as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, or SIOR, which I received in November of 2005. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.
