About Cara

Cara Silverthorne is a dedicated luxury real estate professional and a proud member of the Powerhouse group at eXp Luxury Realty. Based in both Florida and Colorado, she and her husband Marc have successfully operated as real estate investors for the past decade, managing a diverse portfolio of vacation rental properties. Cara's journey in real estate began early in her career, where she worked alongside industry leaders in subdividing and developing land in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. With over 20 years of experience in international business, Cara specializes in spatial information systems and satellite imagery. She has directed international teams focused on acquiring satellite imagery for mapping, military operations, and humanitarian efforts, allowing her to work on numerous impactful projects that contribute to a better world. Her unique blend of experience as an investor and flipper, combined with her corporate background in managing diverse teams across cultures, positions her as an exceptional choice for clients seeking a dedicated real estate partner. Cara’s detail-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to understanding her clients' needs enable her to navigate the real estate landscape effectively and deliver tailored solutions. As she embarks on this new chapter as a real estate agent, Cara is focused on leveraging her extensive background and expertise to support clients in making informed decisions in the market.
