A relocations such as this can usually mean working with clients for an extended period of time as they steer their way through the process. Having spent many years in offsite marketing and promotional activities in the country’s Northeast and Midwest feeder markets has given me an appreciation of where Buyers are and how they navigate the process. Over my long and successful career I have had the fortune to assist hundreds of clients do just that. I fully realize the importance of providing buyers with a clear understanding of the entire relocation process… from choosing the right location, the right home, to the logistical and the emotional aspects. I fully appreciate that first fully exposing clients to our unique Florida location, with all that it has to offer, is paramount in their decision making process.
