About CARLA STANTON, Real Estate

I grew up in Orlando, and as the daughter of a long time Central Florida Real Estate Professional, I learned first hand how important it is to provide personalized service to home buyers and sellers. After graduating from Edgewater Hight School, after two years as part of the first group IB students at Winter Park High, I attended the Savannah College of Art & Design to study fashion design. I returned to Orlando and somewhat accidentally launched in to a 15 year career in advertising and marketing communications. In the midst of an unstable world economy, I made the decision to follow in my mother's path and I got my real estate license. That decision may seem a little crazy considering the timing, but it afforded me the opportunity to learn as much about the real estate market as possible. I had been an expert in my field for so long that I wanted to transition in to real estate being able to provide expert, educated and experienced service to my clients. Being in the advertising arena for so long taught me the importance of presentation and communication – whether I am showcasing homes for sale to net top dollar for sellers, or negotiating the best purchase price and terms for buyers. Having lived in Orlando almost my entire life, I know the history of neighborhoods and surrounding Central Florida communities. I live downtown but grew up in an assortment of Central Florida locations, thanks to my mother, who I nicknamed the "original house flipper". I know the Orlando and surrounding communities very well. My top priority is helping to build a sense of community and offering my customers a unique, customized home buying and selling experience.
