Additionally, he was responsible for the management and leasing of two Orlando communities (620 units). Christopher Pérez began his career as a manager in training at Colonial Bank, NA, before he was recruited into the real estate industry. He holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University. Mr. Pérez has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate since 2004 and obtained his Real Estate Broker Associate’s license in 2015. His sales track record boasts a 53 days on market average (from list to close) and a 104% closed sales price to list price ratio. He’s able to achieve these high and desirable outcomes through his in depth research, intimate knowledge of the areas he serves and extensive database of buyers and investors.
