About Claire

Originally from Huntington, Long Island, Claire’s love for coastal living is matched only by her professional rigor. Her connection to Southwest Florida spans over three decades; after falling in love with the region during vacations in the early 90s, she made Naples her permanent home in 2011. Today, she leverages that long-term perspective to provide clients with a nuanced understanding of the Naples and Southwest Florida markets. The Legal Advantage Claire’s real estate practice is built on the foundation of a distinguished 30+-year legal career. She began her professional journey as an Assistant Attorney General for New York State, a role she held for nearly a decade, before transitioning into law school administration and working at two law schools in New York. Most recently, she served as the Associate Dean of Admissions for Ave Maria School of Law in Naples. This deep legal background provides Claire’s clients with a significant edge. She approaches every transaction with: • Expert Negotiation: Strategies honed through years of high-stakes legal and academic environments. • Contractual Precision: A meticulous, "lawyer’s eye" for detail that ensures every aspect of the process is seamless and protected. • Analytical Insight: The ability to navigate complex real estate landscapes with the sophistication of a seasoned advocate. Bespoke Service & Community Involvement At Engel & Völkers, Claire found a brand that mirrors her own commitment to excellence. She provides a bespoke, luxury experience tailored to the specific goals of those looking to sell or secure their ideal Florida home. Claire’s dedication to the community is equally profound. She serves as a Panel Chair and Board Member for the Citizen’s Foster Care Review Board, reflecting her deep-rooted commitment to local service. When she isn’t advocating for her clients or her community, Claire enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and remains a loyal fan of the NY Mets and Jets.
