About Claudia

I'm a proud Florida resident since 2005 and specialize in Residential real estate sales all over Tampa Bay. Over the past years, I've been honored to serve hundreds of clients in their pursuit of their real estate goals. I've become specialized in Bank Owned transactions, Short sales, New home construction and relocation. I'm a strong believer in education, and I am constantly participating in seminars to strengthen my abilities to negotiate and make transaction handling more efficient for all parties. I've earned the National Association of Realtors ePRO designation, which allows me to use technology and internet to best market all of my properties. My certification as an SFR by NAR allows me to use the latest technologies and as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, I ensure everything is done properly when my clients deal with Short Sales or Bank owned properties. In 2010 I also completed the 5 STAR Institute Short Sale Certification which allows me to efficiently handle the short sale negotiation for all of my clients. In July 2012 I completed my CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) which ensures that I will provide my clients with the best tools to make their Short Sale process as smooth as possible. I'm a strong believer of using technology to the fullest, and my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing assist me in creating Marketing Programs that efficiently target the market we seek. Whether it is in Spanish, or English I always try to target the local and international market to sell my listings and or acquire new buyers. I always have my phone with me to respond to all of my clients questions in a speedy manner, but most of all I want my clients to understand they are always a priority to me.
