He serves Orlando, St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Windermere, Celebration, Clermont, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, and Davenport. Cliff specializes in targeted marketing for sellers. Using a proven method that reaches the right buyers online and in print, he works to net his clients more money at closing. He is also a licensed commercial pilot fixed, rotor and seaplane and a former director at Kissimmee Gateway Airport, which gives him an unusual perspective on land, lakes, and golf course properties. Whatever your concerns, Cliff will listen and lay out your options straight, with no gimmicks and no pressure. Originally from Modesto, California, Cliff graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy and served in the U.S. Army. After an honorable discharge, he helped his uncle Doug run a racehorse farm in Lexington, Kentucky, and went back to school to study marketing and communications. He returned to California and became a morning show personality on B93 radio, co-hosting the Kelly & Clover show. Deciding show business wasn't for him, he joined Carnival Cruise Lines as an assistant cruise director, where he met his wife, Deanna. The two settled in St. Cloud, and Cliff followed his father into real estate. The rest is history.
