I've been in the housing industry since 2001, starting with Mortgages and then adding Real Estate to my resume. I work for United Realty Group and specialize in the South Florida Market. I have a very specific plan to keep my buyers and sellers very well informed. Every Monday you can expect a call, text, or email (you chose) to give you updates on houses on the market, new closings, new listings, open house feedback, and new pricing. And during the week, we can schedule showing appointments or open houses. In this market, we need to price it right and make it look good and it will move. Buyers are more informed than ever before and so are Sellers. A Seller does not want to give away the farm and a Buyer does not want to overpay, I understand that, and its my job to find a happy medium.
