About David

I bought a home in Rotonda West Fl in 1997. Rotonda is a subdivision in Englewood located in Charlotte County. I brought my wife Cindi, and my two kids Chris and Taylor to this cozy town situated on the Gulf of Mexico. It was like I was starting over. Real Estate was a perfect match for me. I loved the area and I believed in what I was selling. I loved being only a few minutes from the beach, championship golf courses, great fishing and boating. Watching the sunset over the blue waters and white sand of Englewood beach is amazing. It is a great place for family, retirement or just being a snow bird in the winter. Let me show you why you should be here too!
