I have lived in Naples most of my life, and every day I gain a greater appreciation for all that this area has to offer. I have a different mindset than a lot of agents. My desire is to serve my clients. I put their interests before mine, and it shows in every facet of the transaction. I’m not afraid to tell my clients the truth. I’m not going to tell them what I think they want to hear; rather, I’m going to tell them what’s going to help them achieve their real estate goals. At the end of the day, nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing a happy client and knowing I've discovered their dream property and negotiated the best deal possible. Clients recognize the gem they’re getting and spread the word. I have a large referral business, but also have a strong online presence, including a consistent weekly blog that draws new clients. Many, too, have seen my endorsements on Zillow from past clients or found and contacted me on Facebook. I am primarily a listing agent but often works with buyers in finding a new home, or a past client will refer me to a buyer or seller. As a highly trained professional, I will use my technology, marketing, presentation, communication, negotiation and sales tools to help you find the home that matches your criteria. It’s all about you and the results. People come to me because they know I’m a resource. Above all, I make sure my clients’ needs are met, no matter what the issue may be. I’m all about family, and my clients are always taken care of.
