I’m Emily Watford, a Florida REALTOR® with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group. My background in construction management, permitting, hospitality, and customer service gives me a unique perspective that I’m excited to bring to my real estate career. As the owner of Renegade Construction Management, I’ve spent years working behind the scenes of the homebuilding process—coordinating projects, navigating permitting requirements, working with contractors and subcontractors, and helping keep projects moving from plans to completion. That experience has given me an understanding of homes that goes beyond what you see on the surface, and I love being able to bring that knowledge with me into real estate. I also have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University, which really reflects something that has always been important to me—I genuinely enjoy working with people. I believe great service comes down to communication, attention to detail, and building relationships based on trust. For me, real estate is about so much more than a transaction. I want the people I work with to feel comfortable asking questions, calling or texting me when they need guidance, and knowing they have someone in their corner throughout the entire process. Whether you’re buying, selling, building, or simply trying to figure out your next move, my goal is to combine my knowledge of homes and construction with a personal, down-to-earth approach that makes the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more enjoyable.
