I’m Eric Farmelant, a Miami Realtor dedicated to helping people achieve their real estate goals with honesty, strategy, and personal attention. That experience taught me to think analytically, negotiate effectively, and stay focused on protecting my clients’ best interests. Over my career, I’ve helped clients buy and sell more than $100 million in real estate, always advocating for their best interests. I moved to Miami from Massachusetts in 2003 to attend the University of Miami, where I earned two degrees and fell in love with the city. Today, I’m based in Compass’s Coconut Grove office as a founding member of the Ibis Group team. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Eva and our son Adrian, along with CrossFit, cheering on the Miami Hurricanes, and time with my dog, Minka.
