About Erin

I am an elusive north Florida native, one of the few you'll find in or around our transient city. As a wife of a business owner, mother of two children, and social committee chairman of my local community, I know the true meaning of perseverance and time management. Side by side with my husband, we've spent the last 9 years expanding the business. It's been an exciting and rewarding experience, but we decided that it was time I embark on a career that truly fulfills me. I currently serve the Jacksonville area in its entirety, but my primary focus is Mandarin and Saint Johns County. I've always been passionate about real estate, and my propensity for organization and innovation blends well to this industry. I take immense pride helping others, providing superior service and being on the cutting edge of new, relevant technology and marketing. Additionally, you can say that a predilection for the real estate arena runs in my family. My grandparents, mother and mother-in-law all have their hands in the business in some capacity. My degree in Family and Consumer Sciences as well as 11 years of experience managing an upscale American department store, has taught me to be an attentive listener and how to handle difficult situations with grace - skills that bode well during any buying/selling transaction. When you are ready to begin your next real estate journey, I am confident that as your REALTOR, we can make your home buying or selling experience a great one. By utilizing my background and dedication to surpassing your individual needs, you'll be in great, capable hands.
