About Eve

Eve and Mike Alexander started the first Buyer Brokerage Office in South Florida, in 1992. They believe that to have the best outcome, both Buyers and Sellers each need their own exclusive broker to represent them. Mike is still servicing home buyers at ​Buyers Broker of Florida and Eve is the ​broker for Sellers Broker of Florida due ​to the demand from former clients who ​had trouble finding a quality broker to sell their home who was savvy, honest and cared about their best interest. Eve fit perfectly. Each office is separate and neither office practices as a Transaction Broker which has a conflict of interest when representing both parties with opposing interests in the same transaction. That's why they don’t do it. Eve has taught Real Estate Classes on ​contracts, negotiations, law, marketing, ​evaluating property, fair housing, client ​representation and has been recognized by ​the courts as an expert witness in consumer ​lawsuits against their agent. Her superior ​knowledge, expertise and dedication are ​second to none.
