About Faith

Raised in a ‘real estate family’ from New York, where I was born and raised, I graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Accounting, and from the Fashion Institute of Technology, with a degree in Buying and Merchandising. Working in NYC for many years, in the fast-paced fashion industry, I learned the importance of customer service, details, timing and being persistent. Passionate and sincere about the needs and goals of my clients, I will use my integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction, whether buying, selling a home, or looking for a new business location. I enjoy working with home sellers who have struggled with previously trying to sell their homes on their own or with another agent. I also value working diligently with home buyers in finding them a home or condor that they will make their own for years to come, or finding a great investment property to ensure my client’s success. In my spare time, I love to spend time outdoors with my husband and two boys, going fishing, the beach, parks, cooking and reading. I love languages, and can speak Croatian, and a sprinkling of Greek and Italian. My name Fides, is actually a Latin word, meaning Faith, which many people call me as well. As my client, you will receive the utmost care and accurate knowledge, that’s above and beyond other realtors. So please call me, I am ready to go to work for you today!
