About Fernando

"Fernando Gaitan was a designer of homes in his former life. But today he helps to sell them. An architect who worked on low income housing projects in his native Colombia, he has been a Realtor® in Cape Coral, FL for more than 10 years. Fernando was among those drawn to the real estate field by the boom that was under way. He also believed his professional background would prove valuable." (Don Manley, News-Press) Fernando's background in architecture helps him understand the construction business and enables him to give his clients the best advice possible. In addition to helping buyers and sellers in the Southwest Florida area over the years, Fernando has been a Freddie Mac-HomeSteps listing agent since 2009. Working with Freddie Mac-HomeSteps gives Fernando an extensive knowledge in maximizing the value of a home during the sale process for his clients. The experience gave Fernando a clear understanding of the market in order to better help buyers to obtain their dream home. As a full service, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.
