Arrived in Amelia Island Florida moving and finally landing in 1992, from the Bay Area of California, Alameda to be exact. Have traveled the world and seen many millions of miles of Real Estate from the air and land and now can say our area of Amelia has many things to offer my needs and desires. I have always loved the water and so my attraction goes, I brought my son up here from his age of 5 and feel he did very well, and now he serves in the Military for the Coast Guard in flight school. Enjoying the many different locations to go from here I take advantage of many close ways and places to visit. I enjoy Real Estate and the variety of all we have and love the water properties and land development and also the Commercial side.
