I'm James Kinnett, Broker/Owner of Apex Brokers, a real estate brokerage serving Jacksonville and all of Northeast Florida. I represent buyers and sellers with one standard: know the market, negotiate hard and keep the process under control from contract to close. For buyers, that means a straight read on value and an offer strategy built to get the right home without overpaying. For sellers, it means a pricing strategy built on sales and market data and a clear plan before the home goes on the market. I work across the full market, from first homes to luxury, waterfront and investment property. I grew up in Northeast Florida and have nearly a decade in real estate. I also served 21 years in the U.S. Army, including three combat deployments, and retired as a Sergeant First Class. I hold the GRI, PSA, RENE, MRP and SFR designations from the National Association of REALTORS®, plus CREIPS and NCREA commercial certifications.
