Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Jennifer (Jenny) Lohmeier has resided in more than 20 cities across the Midwest, Northeast, and South. When she moved to Tampa at the start of 2024, however, something clicked. Drawn to the sunshine, hospitality, and quality of life that make Tampa Bay so special, Jenny quickly came to consider Tampa home, and these days, she jokes that you'll have to kick her out before she leaves. Jenny brings a distinctive professional background to real estate. Before becoming a real estate agent, she built her career in mergers and acquisitions, working on complex business transactions from initial evaluation and financial analysis through due diligence, negotiation, and closing. Her experience includes roles at insurance brokerage Alera Group, investment firm The Carlyle Group, and investment bank Evercore, and she earned her bachelor's degree in Economics from MIT. That transactional experience shapes the way Jenny serves her real estate clients today. She understands that buying or selling a home is both a major financial decision and a deeply personal one. She brings the same diligence, preparation, attention to detail, and care to every client and every transaction, whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime residence, relocating to Tampa Bay, or navigating your fifth purchase or sale.
