About Jennifer

I’m Jennifer Setzer with EXIT King Realty, helping buyers, sellers, and investors in Englewood, Venice, Wellen Park, and the surrounding communities. My goal is to make your real estate experience easier to understand, with clear communication and personal attention from our first conversation through closing. I’ve called Englewood home for three years after relocating from South Carolina. Having made that move myself, I understand the questions that come with starting somewhere new. I enjoy helping clients explore the area and find a home that fits their everyday life. My focus includes relocation and new construction, along with helping local homeowners take their next step. Whether you’re considering Boca Royale, exploring Wellen Park, or looking elsewhere in Englewood or Venice, I’ll help you compare your options around your budget, priorities, and goals. For buyers, that means listening carefully, organizing the search, and helping you understand the details of each property. For sellers, it means working with you on pricing, presentation, and marketing so potential buyers can see what makes your home special. Investors receive that same attention when exploring properties that fit their plans. My background includes previous real estate experience in South Carolina and a career as an airline pilot. Aviation taught me to prepare thoroughly, pay attention to details, and communicate calmly when decisions matter—skills I bring to serving my real estate clients. Growing up with a father who was a builder also gave me an early appreciation for homes and the work that goes into them. As part of EXIT King Realty, I combine my personal commitment with our brokerage’s support and resources to help you navigate each stage of your transaction. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mother of two boys, and Rotary Club member. I enjoy running, weightlifting, fishing, and scuba diving. Living here has given me a real appreciation for the coastal lifestyle, and I love helping others discover what they enjoy about this community. Whether you’re ready to make a move or simply have questions, I’d be happy to connect. Call or text me at 803-242-3542. Let’s talk about what you need and how I can help.
