About Jennifer
I am originally from Memphis, TN and attended the University of Memphis. I have enjoyed living all over, including the international cities of Guam, Kuala Lumpur and Manila. She continues to love traveling oversees and I return to Manila yearly to visit my son. I also have a grown daughter that resides in Neptune Beach along with my granddog, Nala and grandkitty, Tornado. Real estate has been a very rewarding and interesting career for me. Ibelieves each year brings a new learning experience. I began my career while living in Malaysia and assisted Americans in finding homes and settling into their new lives. Upon returning to Florida, I sold property in beautiful Amelia Island. It was during this time that I discovered my interest in new construction. I had the opportunity to work for Brylen Homes selling Amelia Park, a neo-traditional neighborhood. I began selling new homes for Arthur Rutenberg in 2002 and has continued to focus on new home sales in World Golf Village. I returned to general real estate sales in 2008 and have continued to focus on builder inventory homes and new construction.
