Born and raised in Marin and Lake Counties, California, Joanie built her life around service, community, and helping others grow. After earning her degree from California State University Chico in 1992, she married her husband and spent 27 years shaping young lives as a high school teacher. Returning to Joanie's hometown, Kelseyville in Lake County, she and her husband raised their twin children, Cory and Macy, and continued their impact in education, Joanie in Health and Physical Education and Paul in Mathematics. Both have coached in a variety of areas. After retiring, she and her husband pursued their dream of building a new life in Florida. Joanie’s passion for helping people didn’t retire; it simply evolved. Today, she brings the same dedication, patience, and genuine care to real estate, guiding clients as they reach their next chapter and achieve their goals.
