About JoAnn

My career in real estate started right here in Orlando, Florida in 1979. Growing up, I watched both my father and grandfather invest in real estate, so exposure to the industry started at very young age. Though, before starting my career in real estate I chose a career in the legal industry. In my twenties, I went to school to pursue paralegal studies. I knew I chose the right field, I simply have a passion for helping others. It was only after many years while working in the legal industry with some of the best attorney's in town, that it I realized I was ready to incorporate real estate sales. I was ready to help people find homes. Working as a professional in the legal industry, prepared me for my next great adventure in my journey. Understanding the legal aspects is a crucial part of the real estate process. Shortly after going back to school and obtaining my license great success followed. I felt an enormous sense of accompaniment knowing my clients felt safe and confident in my abilities. Then years later, the next natural thing to do was, obtain my brokers license, hence creating more value. I made that dream a reality in the mid 1980's and now here we are today. I have had a very successful real estate career and continue to thrive. Today, my niece Brandi Weeden joins me as a licensed agent, partner and affiliate. We enjoy what we do and it shows. If you have any questions or real estate needs, I am just call, text or email away...
