About Joe

Born and raised in Omaha Nebraska, I joined the U.S. CoastGuard and served 7 years before returning to Omaha. I then became an Omaha Police Officer where I served another 23 years. After retiring in 2010 from department, my wife and I moved to Englewood and have been enjoying our passion of Real Estate.investing/remodeling and "flipping". Together we have bought/sold and flipped nearly 20 properties both in Omaha and Florida. I decided to concentrate on becoming a Licensed Realtor here in Florida and share my passion for helping others as I have done for the past 30 years of serving the public and bringing that experience to my Real Estate Career. I believe in A Handshake, Honesty & Integrity which I use to treat every Client I help in finding their Dream Home or Selling their current home. With the vast resources I have accumulated over the years, I bring those "tools" to help you achieve your Goals in BUYING or SELLING. I look forward to meeting you and trust that I will not disappoint in you achieving your DREAMS and LISTEN to your needs and wishes.
