I’m John Laviano, a licensed real estate professional with Laviano & Associates, proudly serving buyers, sellers, investors, and families relocating throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast, including Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties. Before entering real estate, I served as a U.S. Army Infantryman in Afghanistan and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal with Valor. I then spent nearly 15 years in law enforcement as a detective, SWAT team member, and field training officer. Those experiences shaped the way I represent my clients through discipline, integrity, clear communication, attention to detail, and relentless follow through.
