About Julie
Julie Ashton exemplifies integrity, high energy, hard work, and resourceful services in every detail of your real estate transaction. I grew up in Traverse City, Michigan where I developed my strong work ethic as an entrepreneur, focusing on providing clients with an atmosphere where they felt at ease and in control of their outcome while providing them the tools they needed to achieve their goals. Along with being a REALTOR® I have a BA from Grand Valley State University in education where I was able to nurture dreams to fruition with my students, parents, and staff. I have been involved in real estate since 1982, purchasing my first home. Subsequently, I have purchased and sold many properties since that time. Upon relocating to the area; I realized what a beautiful area this is, and want to share it with everyone, it became evident that I am passionate to continue my REALTOR® adventures. I am dedicated to providing outstanding service for all of your real estate needs. I am committed to providing my clients with comprehensive marketing and technology services, including thousands of property listings, searchable open houses, virtual tours, email updates, financial calculators, selling tips and much, much more. If you are looking for your dream home, considering selling your current residence, or even if you just have a real estate related question, please contact me. It would be a pleasure to serve you. I am passionate about being involved in the Treasure Coast community, and all of the amenities that this area has to offer, making this area an easy fit for me and my husband, Ken. We have been married since 1982 and have three adult children who love to visit the area. We love the ocean and the sandy beaches and take our boat out to enjoy it as much as possible. With my combined life experiences and passion for customer service and satisfaction, I am able to help my clients address their dreams from Traverse City, to the Treasure Coast, and all points in between.
