About JULIE

My husband and I moved to Cape Coral in 2001 from MN and LOVE the SW Florida lifestyle! I came from a background in computers and database design; my husband was a building contractor and obtained his FL Contractors License shortly after moving. My computer experience and knowledge of home building/remodeling made a career in real estate a great fit. I work with both sellers and buyers using my local market knowledge to provide a positive outcome for my clients. I specialize in assisting pre-retirees and retirees find their perfect retirement home in SW FL. There is an abundance of lifestyle options available, and finding the one that fits YOUR lifestyle is key to enjoying your piece of paradise. After 25 years in the area and 20+ years helping other people discover SW FL I am the person you want to choose to assist you in writing your next chapter. As I like to say...I Sell Florida Yard by Yard.
