She is also is very involved in her local board of realtors, Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors and was the 2021 President with over 42,000 subscribers, she is a Florida Realtors Director, 2022 District 11 Vice President for District for Florida Realtors, 2022 Immediate Past President of Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors, 2022 Chair of Strategic Thinking and 2020 Chair of Commercial for Florida Realtors which represent over 225,000 realtors and advocates for property rights, she is also on the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors and sits on a NAR Finance 2021-2023. In 2017 Commercial Realtor of the Year awarded by her local Realtor Association. Karen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from St. John’s University , NY and a Masters in Business from Nova Southeastern University, FL. Extensive Sales and Credit, MBA, Commercial Underwriting, Sales Management, Business Development, Formal credit training, residential and commercial real estate. Successful Completion of CCIM 101, CCIM 102, CCIM 103 and CCIM 104. CCIM is viewed as the PhD of Commercial Real Estate.
