I'm Katie Force-White, founder of The Force Team with KW Florida Living. I've been a Realtor since 2011, and relocation is my specialty because I've lived it. I grew up in Minnesota, went to college in Wisconsin, and spent years in Macomb, Michigan, where I helped military families relocate and earned my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation. In 2024, my husband Brian and I made our own move to Southwest Florida. Today, most of the families we help are moving here from northern states, just like we did. I live in Babcock Ranch, so I can give you firsthand insight into its neighborhoods, builders, and amenities. I also help buyers and sellers throughout Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, Sanibel, and Punta Gorda.
