About Kerrey Zito

Kerrey Hoolihan is the Owner and Broker at Vision One Realty Group. Vision One was founded by her husband, Tom Hoolihan, Jr. who was also the President of Marinatown Realty, Seago Group and Heritage Residential Group which developed communities across Southwest Florida since the 1970s. Prior to leading Vision One, Kerrey was the Executive Director of the N Ft Myers, Chamber of Commerce, Executive Assistant to the Board of County Commissioners or Lee County, and a Development Consultant for Delta Gamma National Fraternity. Kerrey is a 1989 Graduate of the University of Richmond, Virginia. Kerrey has personally closed 1,000 real estate transactions and has a large book of residential and commercial properties she manages Kerrey enjoys working with the outstanding agents as a coach. While Vision One is a boutique family firm, the client focused team of agents have closed over 2500 sales with volume of almost a half a Billion dollars in real estate. When she is not working, Kerrey is an avid painter, traveler, and proud member of Moms In Prayer. She has been married for nearly 30 years, and raised two amazing children, Kelsey who lives in Honolulu while attending Hawaii Pacific University, and Tommy III who is an accounting graduate from Florida State University and a successful business owner living in Southwest Florida.
